Whether you're a teacher completing your own FLQ to build self-awareness and strengths-based growth, or a principal reviewing student reports to guide school-wide well-being strategies, this page is your reference hub.
Our goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible, so you can focus on what matters most: understanding your strengths and supporting the growth of others.

Getting Started:
Your Privacy is Our Priority
Flourishing Life protects the privacy of all users by assigning separate portals (called "instances") for:
Principals & Teachers (Staff Instance - for your own FLQ assessment data)
Students (Assessment Instance - for student & school assessment data)
These are two different URLs. You cannot use the same login page for both.
Your Login Credentials
You will receive your credentials via email from: [email protected]
If you don't see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.
Logging In - Staff Instance
This instance is for principals and teachers to take the FLQ assessments as individuals
Enter your username (email)
Enter your password
Login
Logging In - Student Assessment Instance
This instance is for principals to access individual student profiles & aggregate school results
Enter student username/email
Enter the password
Login
Confidentiality Note:
Staff cannot view individual student results.
Principals only have access to student reports and can share summary insights or reports with teachers.
Switching Between Instances
You may have access to both staff and student instances (if you are a principal). Here's how to navigate between them:
To switch between the Staff and Student instances:
Click your name (top right) > Logout
Clear your cookies (see how to clear browser cookies)
Log in to the alternate instance using the correct login link
How to tell which instance you're in:
If the URL contains "education", you're in the staff instance, where teachers and principals can take their own assessments.
If the URL contains the school board name, Grandnord, it's the Student Assessment instance.
How students log in:
Students use student ID numbers or student email addresses (depending on preferred set up)
Students do not use facilitator credentials.
How to Clear Browser Cookies
For use when experiencing login issues, most commonly when switching to a different instance.
Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data
Select Cookies and other site data, then Clear data.
Safari:
Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy
Click Manage Website Data
Search for flourishinglife.com and remove it, or click Remove All.
Firefox:
Click the three horizontal bars in the top-right corner.
Select Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data.
Taking the FLQ Assessment
Where to find your questionnaire
Once you've been assigned the Flourishing Life Questionnaire (FLQ), you'll receive an email notification from [email protected]. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
How to begin your questionnaire:
1. Log in to the platform using your provided link and credentials.
2. In the left-hand menu, click User Dashboard
3. Under "Questionnaires to Do," you'll see the FLQ listed.
4. Click Start Questionnaire to begin.
If no questionnaire appears, your school board or organization may not have assigned one yet. Please contact your program facilitator or administrator if you're unsure
It is recommended to complete the assessment in one sitting. Plan for 10-15 uninterrupted minutes for adult assessment; student assessment time may be longer, up to 30 minutes.
Accessing Your Strengths Report
Once you complete the FLQ, your personalized strengths report becomes available on your dashboard.
To access it:
1. Log in to your Instance
2. Click User Dashboard on the left menu
3. Scroll to the section titled Completed Questionnaires > Select your FLQ
4. Click View Results next to your completed FLQ.
Your report includes:
Pillar Progress (Personal, Environmental, and Performance Strengths)
Top Strengths and Growth Opportunities
Full profile with Core Competencies and Well-being Factors
If you've taken the FLQ more than once, you'll also have access to the Historic Trend Report to compare results over time.
Reports are downloadable as PDFs for sharing, reviewing or saving.
